The 3-Step Pathway™
for Gymnastics and Trampoline Coach Training

Unlock your coaching potential with the 3-Step Pathway™— the premier programme for aspiring gymnastics and trampoline coaches. Whether you wish to coach in clubs, schools, or leisure centres, this dynamic training is tailored for you.

Revolutionising Coach Training

The 3-Step Pathway™ breaks away from outdated systems, offering independent qualifications at each step. Each course is a standalone, Level 2 equivalent qualification. If you’re 18 or older, you’ll be fully qualified to lead and teach sessions at the level of your completed course.

Parents and older gymnasts can get involved right away. After completing the first course, they can start teaching at that level. If they wish, they can advance to Step 2 and Step 3, or stay focused on beginners, pre-school, or special needs—it’s entirely their choice.

For those under 18, you can assist in sessions upon course completion. When you turn 18, you’ll automatically be validated to lead and teach independently.

Trampoline Coach Training

Many governing bodies support this widely held view:

The principles of Rebound Therapy™ form the foundation of all trampoline gymnastic movement and should be the starting point for all trampoline coach training, even for those not planning to teach people with disabilities.”
